What is the difference between FREE and PRO?
FREE lets you discover the app. PRO unlocks unlimited local collection management with a one-time purchase.
What does PRO+ add?
PRO+ adds cloud backup, multi-device synchronization, and access to your collection across devices.
What is PRO+ MAX?
PRO+ MAX is designed for advanced collectors who want the most comfortable cloud experience.
Do I need an account?
Cloud and synchronization features require an account. Local-only use is designed to stay simple.
I did not receive a verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. Some email providers or domains may temporarily filter transactional emails. If the message does not arrive, contact support so we can help you verify the account flow.
How are account emails sent?
Firebase/Auth transactional emails may use Brevo SMTP. The app and website do not use these emails for direct payment processing.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can use the app settings or contact support to request account deletion.

How can I report an issue with content, an image, or a trademark?
My Gunpla Collection is independent. Community sheets are created by users, and reports may be used to hide, review, or correct content. For any content, image, or trademark concern, contact support@mygunplacollection.app.
