• Cloud and availability depend on active plan and fit be affected by maintenance, outages, device, network, store validation or country. Cloud no guaranteed 100%. Some cloud copies fit delete after expiry/recovery period.
• Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and App Store through StoreKit. Subscription renews unless canceled in Apple account. App account deletion no cancel Apple subscription. Prices fit change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
• Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability fit change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services no dey available until public launch.

• No upload, republish or share unauthorized third-party content, including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images or copyright material without rights.

Cards, grades, community sheets, validations and user data no be official Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam or Gunpla content. Community validation no be official validation by those rights holders or My Gunpla Collection as official source.
• App or service fit remove, hide, anonymize or limit disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent or rights-infringing content. Accounts fit limited, suspended or removed for abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations or circumvention.
• Brand, series, range, product and model names fit be used only for descriptive identification, classification, search or collection organization. No affiliation, approval, authorization, certification or official connection dey claimed.

Users fit report listings or other users and block other users. My Gunpla Collection fit hide or delete content, limit or block user, suspend access to Mecha Exchange, and remove listings or images.
