My Gunpla Collection fit process data needed to run the app, keep collection available, protect account, answer support and apply plan limits.
Depending on use, data fit include:
- Account data: email, Firebase UID, email verification, login provider, Terms/Privacy acceptance, language/locale, main device/session and active plan.
- Profile and military dossier: nickname, pilot ID, avatar, rank, progression, biography, statistics, unlocked cards, rewards, badges and validation/read states.
- Collection and kits: added kits, names, grades, series, status, notes, optional price, favorites, history, custom kit data, Wishlist and Shopping List.
- Photos: kit photos, gallery, build reports, chrono/journal photos, todo/shopping photos, avatar, paint mix photos and related community photos.
- Notes and sessions: build logs, journal entries, chrono sessions, todo, history and project notes.
- Paint Tools: owned paints, stock, favorites, paint shopping lists, custom mixes, mix photos, community paint cards, validations, reports and suggestions.
- Community features: community kit or paint cards, accepted contributor names, validations, reports, suggestions and community badges.
- Premium and subscriptions: active plan, purchase/subscription status, restore purchase, plan source and offer-based feature limits.
- Support and diagnostics: email, issue description, voluntary screenshots, sync status, export/loading errors, diagnostics and possible technical logs.
The app fit use Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Hosting, Apple StoreKit / in_app_purchase and Brevo SMTP. Porkbun fit handle domain/DNS. External links like Amazon open third-party services. Light privacy-friendly analytics fit dey enabled.
Photos and cloud depend on plan. FREE na local only. PRO na full local experience with no Premium photo cloud and no Premium multi-device. PRO+ gives multi-device and cloud for supported categories: collection/buildReport consultation + optimized, utility consultation only, never original cloud. PRO+ MAX extends cloud, originals only for supported collection/buildReport; utility never original cloud.
The app na local-first. Local copies for device no dey automatically deleted by downgrade, cancellation or plan change. Cloud no be unlimited, no permanent guarantee, and no promise say all photos dey stored in original quality.
After subscription expire, cloud recovery fit last about 30 days. After that, Premium cloud copies outside plan fit be deleted. Cloud export dey partial and limited to compatible modeled cloud copies.
Users still dey responsible for images wey dem upload. My Gunpla Collection no claim ownership of users’ personal photos. Depending on active plan and supported image categories, some photos fit remain local while others fit store or sync through supported cloud features.
