• Community features: community kit or paint cards, accepted contributor names, validations, reports, suggestions and community badges.
• Premium and subscriptions: active plan, purchase/subscription status, restore purchase, plan source and offer-based feature limits.
• Support and diagnostics: email, issue description, voluntary screenshots, sync status, export/loading errors, diagnostics and possible technical logs.

Photos and cloud depend on plan. FREE na local only. PRO na full local experience with no Premium photo cloud and no Premium multi-device. PRO+ gives multi-device and cloud for supported categories: collection/buildReport consultation + optimized, utility consultation only, never original cloud. PRO+ MAX extends cloud, originals only for supported collection/buildReport; utility never original cloud.

The app na local-first. Local copies for device no dey automatically deleted by downgrade, cancellation or plan change. Cloud no be unlimited, no permanent guarantee, and no promise say all photos dey stored in original quality.

After subscription expire, cloud recovery fit last about 30 days. After that, Premium cloud copies outside plan fit be deleted. Cloud export dey partial and limited to compatible modeled cloud copies.
