Terms of Use

My Gunpla Collection provides hobby collection tools and community features. Abuse, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content, and conduct that harms the community are not allowed.

You are responsible for your account and for the content you add. Some actions may require a verified email address, and some features may be limited when an account is not verified.

• User content and photos: you must not upload illegal, unauthorized, infringing, fraudulent, spam, or harmful content. Do not post copyrighted images, promotional images, official box photos, or images taken from the internet without the rights to use them. Reported content may be hidden, moderated, removed, deleted, or anonymized.
• Community content: community kit and paint sheets are unofficial contributions. Their accuracy is not guaranteed, and community validation is not official validation or endorsement by My Gunpla Collection. Reports, suggestions, hiding, moderation, removal, deletion, or anonymization may be used to keep the community safe.
• Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals, and rewards are digital progression and collection elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted, or guaranteed, and may be modified, renamed, replaced, or removed. A purchase or subscription does not grant a guaranteed right to any specific card.
• External links and merchants: the app or website may link to third-party sites such as Amazon or other merchants. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, merchant content, delivery, or third-party terms. Affiliate links may be added later if enabled and disclosed.
• Cloud and availability: cloud features depend on the active plan and may be affected by maintenance, service interruptions, device state, network quality, store validation, or country availability. Cloud availability is not guaranteed to be 100%. Some cloud copies may be deleted after subscription expiry and the applicable recovery period. Local copies remain tied to the device and user data available in the app. Cloud export is not a guaranteed universal export of every legacy or incomplete image.
• Purchases and subscriptions: purchases are handled through Apple and the App Store using StoreKit. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless cancelled through your Apple account. Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Active access usually remains available until the end of the paid period. Prices may vary by country, taxes, currency, and Apple Storefront. Restore purchases is available in the app, and premium rights depend on App Store / StoreKit validation.
• Product evolution: features, prices, offers, plan limits, services, supported countries, and store availability may evolve over time. Android, web app, forum, marketplace, or other future services should not be considered available until publicly launched.
• Suspension: access may be limited, suspended, or terminated in cases of abuse, copyright violation, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content, or community harm.
• Images uploaded by users must be their own photos or images they are allowed to use. Users remain responsible for all images, texts, photos, and kit or paint information they add.
• Do not upload, republish, or share unauthorized third-party content, including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, images copied from the internet, or any copyright-protected material without the required rights.
• Community kit sheets and community paint sheets are user contributions and are not official product data. Cards, grades, community sheets, validations, and user data are not official Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam, or Gunpla content. Community validation does not create official validation by those rights holders or by My Gunpla Collection as an official source.
• The app or service may remove, hide, anonymize, or limit disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content. Accounts may be limited, suspended, or removed in cases of abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations, or circumvention.
• Brand, series, range, product, and model names may be used only for descriptive identification, classification, search, or collection organization. No affiliation, approval, authorization, certification, or official connection is claimed.

Mecha Exchange community listings

These clauses prepare the legal framework for the future Mecha Exchange community feature. They do not announce its public availability.

Mecha Exchange is a community space and feature of My Gunpla Collection through which users may publish sale, trade, wanted, or giveaway listings. Listings are published by users. My Gunpla Collection does not sell any product and is not a party to transactions between users.

A private seller acts outside a professional activity. A professional seller acts as part of a professional activity and must select the corresponding status. This status is based on information declared by the seller; My Gunpla Collection does not confirm it, and it is independent of any FREE, PRO, PRO+ or PRO+ MAX offer.

Users arrange transactions, payments, and delivery directly with each other, and handle product warranties, returns, and commercial disputes between themselves. My Gunpla Collection does not process payments or deliveries, provide warranties concerning products or sellers, or arbitrate commercial disputes. Apple purchases described in these Terms concern only the app offers and subscriptions.

Listings for illegal copies, counterfeit items, bootlegs presented as official products, recasts, pirated 3D files, or misleading, dangerous, illegal, or out-of-scope items are prohibited.

Users may report listings, images, messages, ratings, or conduct and may block other users. My Gunpla Collection may hide or remove a listing or other content, remove listing images, block a user, restrict or suspend access to Mecha Exchange, or take other proportionate moderation measures.

Ratings and predefined tags are community feedback. They reflect user opinions, do not guarantee accuracy, product quality, or seller conduct, and do not amount to official validation or approval by My Gunpla Collection.

A listing keeps the currency selected by its seller. Any conversion shown in another currency is indicative only and may differ from the amount actually charged or agreed between users.
