Terms of Use

My Gunpla Collection ابزارهای مجموعه‌داری سرگرمی و قابلیت‌های اجتماعی ارائه می‌کند. سوءاستفاده، هرزنامه، تقلب، دور زدن قواعد یا تدابیر حفاظتی، محتوای غیرقانونی و رفتار زیان‌بار برای جامعه ممنوع است.

The user is responsible for the account and added content. Some actions may require verified email.

• User content/photos: do not upload illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful or rights-infringing content. Do not publish copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images or internet images without rights.
• Community content: community kit and paint cards are not official data. Accuracy is not guaranteed; community validation is not official validation or My Gunpla Collection approval. Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion or anonymization may happen.
• Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals and rewards are digital progression elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted or guaranteed, and may be changed, renamed, replaced or removed. Purchase/subscription does not guarantee any specific card.
• External links and sellers: the app/site may link to Amazon or other sellers. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery or third-party terms.
• Cloud and availability depend on an active plan and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation or country. Cloud is not 100% guaranteed. Some cloud copies may be deleted after expiry/recovery period.
• Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and the App Store through StoreKit. A subscription renews unless canceled in the Apple account. App account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription. Prices may change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
• Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability may change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services are not available until public launch.
• Suspension: access may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content or community harm.
• Images آپلودشده باید photos خود user یا images دارای حق استفاده باشند. Users مسئول images، texts، photos و kit/paint information اضافه‌شده هستند.
• Unauthorized third-party content را upload، republish یا share نکنید، از جمله official product images، box art، promotional renders، manuals، scans، internet images یا copyright-protected material بدون rights لازم.
• Community kit sheets وpaint sheets contributions کاربران هستند و official product data نیستند. Cards، grades، community sheets، validations وuser data محتوای رسمی Bandai، Bandai Spirits، Sunrise، Gundam یا Gunpla نیستند. Community validation به معنی official validation توسط آن rights holders یا My Gunpla Collection به‌عنوان official source نیست.
• App/service می‌تواند disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent یا rights-infringing content را remove, hide, anonymize یا limit کند. Accounts در صورت abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations یا circumvention ممکن است limited, suspended یا removed شوند.
• Brand, series, range, product وmodel names فقط برای descriptive identification, classification, search یا collection organization استفاده می‌شوند. هیچ affiliation, approval, authorization, certification یا official connection ادعا نمی‌شود.

Mecha Exchange

چارچوب حقوقی برای Mecha Exchange، یک قابلیت اجتماعی که ممکن است در آینده ارائه شود. این اطلاعیه به معنای اعلام دسترس‌پذیری فعلی آن نیست.

Mecha Exchange یک قابلیت اجتماعی در My Gunpla Collection است که کاربران می‌توانند از طریق آن آگهی فروش، معاوضه، جست‌وجو یا اهدای کالا منتشر کنند.

آگهی‌ها را کاربران منتشر می‌کنند. My Gunpla Collection هیچ محصولی نمی‌فروشد، پرداخت یا تحویل را مدیریت نمی‌کند، ضمانتی ارائه نمی‌دهد و درباره اختلاف‌های تجاری داوری نمی‌کند. معامله‌ها مستقیماً میان کاربران توافق و انجام می‌شوند.

فروشنده شخصی خارج از یک فعالیت تجاری یا حرفه‌ای عمل می‌کند؛ فروشنده حرفه‌ای در چارچوب چنین فعالیتی عمل می‌کند و باید وضعیت مربوط را اعلام کند. این وضعیت فقط بر اطلاعات اعلام‌شده توسط فروشنده متکی است، به معنای بررسی یا تأیید My Gunpla Collection نیست و به هیچ‌یک از طرح‌های FREE، PRO، PRO+ یا PRO+ MAX وابسته نیست.

از جمله موارد ممنوع عبارت‌اند از کپی‌های غیرقانونی، کالاهای تقلبی، bootlegهایی که رسمی معرفی می‌شوند، recast، فایل‌های 3D سرقت‌شده یا بدون مجوز به‌اشتراک‌گذاشته‌شده، محصولات گمراه‌کننده یا خطرناک و هر محصول خارج از محدوده Mecha Exchange.

کاربران می‌توانند آگهی یا کاربر دیگری را گزارش و کاربران دیگر را مسدود کنند. My Gunpla Collection می‌تواند محتوا را پنهان یا حذف کند، دسترسی کاربر را محدود یا مسدود کند، دسترسی به Mecha Exchange را تعلیق کند و آگهی یا تصویر را بردارد.

امتیازدهی اجتماعی از برچسب‌های ازپیش‌تعریف‌شده استفاده می‌کند و فقط تجربه یا نظر کاربران را نشان می‌دهد. این امتیازها ضمانت، بررسی یا تأیید رسمی نیستند و هویت یا قابل‌اعتمادبودن فروشنده یا کیفیت محصول را تضمین نمی‌کنند.

قیمت با ارز اصلی اعلام‌شده توسط فروشنده ثبت می‌شود. هر تبدیل نمایش‌داده‌شده صرفاً تبدیلی تقریبی و راهنما است؛ نرخ ارز، مالیات، هزینه‌ها و مبلغ نهایی مورد توافق ممکن است متفاوت باشد.
