My Gunpla Collection کلیکشن منظم کرنے کے اوزار اور کمیونٹی خصوصیات فراہم کرتا ہے۔ غلط استعمال، spam، دھوکا دہی، قواعد سے بچنے کی کوشش، غیر قانونی مواد اور کمیونٹی کو نقصان پہنچانے والا رویہ ممنوع ہے۔
The user is responsible for the account and added content. Some actions may require verified email.
- User content/photos: do not upload illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful or rights-infringing content. Do not publish copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images or internet images without rights.
- Community content: community kit and paint cards are not official data. Accuracy is not guaranteed; community validation is not official validation or My Gunpla Collection approval. Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion or anonymization may happen.
- Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals and rewards are digital progression elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted or guaranteed, and may be changed, renamed, replaced or removed. Purchase/subscription does not guarantee any specific card.
- External links and sellers: the app/site may link to Amazon or other sellers. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery or third-party terms.
- Cloud and availability depend on an active plan and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation or country. Cloud is not 100% guaranteed. Some cloud copies may be deleted after expiry/recovery period.
- Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and the App Store through StoreKit. A subscription renews unless canceled in the Apple account. App account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription. Prices may change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
- Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability may change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services are not available until public launch.
- Suspension: access may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content or community harm.

- Unauthorized third-party content upload, republish یا share نہ کریں، including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images یا copyright-protected material without rights.
- Community kit sheets اور paint sheets user contributions ہیں، official product data نہیں۔ Cards, grades, community sheets, validations اور user data Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam یا Gunpla official content نہیں ہیں۔ Community validation rights holders یا My Gunpla Collection as official source کی official validation نہیں۔
- App/service disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent یا rights-infringing content remove, hide, anonymize یا limit کر سکتا ہے۔ Abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations یا circumvention پر accounts limited, suspended یا removed ہو سکتے ہیں۔
- Brand, series, range, product اور model names صرف descriptive identification, classification, search یا collection organization کے لیے استعمال ہو سکتے ہیں۔ Affiliation, approval, authorization, certification یا official connection claim نہیں کیا جاتا۔
Mecha Exchange کی شرائط
یہ شرائط مستقبل میں فراہم کی جا سکنے والی کمیونٹی خصوصیت Mecha Exchange کی پیشگی وضاحت کرتی ہیں؛ یہ اس کے عوامی طور پر شروع یا دستیاب ہونے کا اعلان نہیں ہے۔
Mecha Exchange، My Gunpla Collection کی کمیونٹی جگہ ہے جہاں صارف فروخت، تبادلے، تلاش یا تحفے کی listings شائع کر سکتے ہیں۔
My Gunpla Collection listings میں موجود مصنوعات فروخت نہیں کرتا اور ادائیگی، ترسیل، ضمانت یا تجارتی تنازعات کا انتظام نہیں کرتا۔ لین دین اور اس کی تکمیل براہ راست صارفین کے درمیان ہوتی ہے۔
صارف ذاتی فروخت کنندہ یا پیشہ ور فروخت کنندہ کے طور پر حصہ لے سکتے ہیں۔ پیشہ ورانہ معلومات فروخت کنندہ کی اپنی بیان کردہ معلومات ہیں، My Gunpla Collection کی تصدیق یا certification نہیں۔ فروخت کنندہ کی قسم FREE، PRO، PRO+ یا PRO+ MAX plan پر منحصر نہیں ہے۔
غیر قانونی نقول، جعلی سامان، اصل کے طور پر فروخت کیے گئے bootlegs، recasts، pirated 3D files، گمراہ کن یا خطرناک مصنوعات اور Mecha Exchange کے دائرے سے باہر کی مصنوعات ممنوع ہیں۔
My Gunpla Collection report وصول، مواد چھپا یا حذف، صارف block، Mecha Exchange تک رسائی معطل اور listing یا image ہٹا سکتا ہے۔
کمیونٹی rating میں پہلے سے مقرر tags استعمال ہو سکتے ہیں۔ rating اور tags کوئی ضمانت نہیں اور My Gunpla Collection کی رسمی تصدیق، جانچ یا validation ظاہر نہیں کرتے۔
قیمت فروخت کنندہ کی منتخب کردہ اصل currency میں درج ہوتی ہے۔ دوسری currency میں دکھائی گئی رقم صرف indicative conversion ہے اور لین دین کی قیمت یا exchange rate کی ضمانت نہیں۔
