Privacy Policy

My Gunpla Collection may process data needed to provide the app, keep collections available, protect accounts, answer support, and apply plan limits.

Depending on use, this may include:

• Account data: email, Firebase UID, email verification, login provider, Terms and Privacy acceptance, language or locale, main device/session, and active plan.
• Profile and military dossier: nickname, pilot ID, avatar, rank, progression, biography, statistics, unlocked cards, rewards, badges, and validation/read states.
• Collection and kits: added kits, names, grades, series, status, notes, optional price, favorites, history, custom kit data, Wishlist, and Shopping List.
• Photos: kit photos, gallery, build reports, chrono/journal photos, todo or shopping photos, avatar, paint mix photos, and relevant community photos.
• Notes and sessions: build logs, journal entries, chrono sessions, todo, history, and project notes.
• Paint Tools: owned paints, stock, favorites, paint shopping lists, custom mixes, mix photos, community paint cards, validations, reports, and suggestions.
• Community features: community kit or paint cards, accepted contributor names, validations, reports, suggestions, and community badges.
• Premium and subscriptions: active plan, purchase or subscription status, restore purchase, plan source, and offer-based feature limits.
• Support and diagnostics: email, issue description, voluntary screenshots, sync status, export or loading errors, diagnostics, and possible technical logs.

The app may use Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Hosting, Apple StoreKit / in_app_purchase, and Brevo SMTP. Porkbun may be used for domain, DNS, and forwarding. The website may use light privacy-friendly analytics if enabled. External links such as Amazon open third-party services with their own policies.

Photos and cloud depend on the plan. FREE is local only. PRO is a full local experience without Premium photo cloud and without Premium multi-device. PRO+ provides multi-device and cloud for supported categories: collection/buildReport consultation + optimized, utility consultation only, never original cloud. PRO+ MAX extends cloud, but originals apply only to supported collection/buildReport; utility is never original cloud.

The app is local-first. Local copies on the device are not automatically removed by downgrade, cancellation, or plan change. Cloud is not unlimited, not permanently guaranteed, and does not promise that all photos are stored as originals.

After subscription expiry, an approximately 30-day cloud recovery period may apply. After that, Premium cloud copies no longer covered by the plan may become eligible for deletion. Cloud export is currently partial and covers compatible modeled cloud copies.

Users remain responsible sa images na ina-upload nila. My Gunpla Collection does not claim ownership ng personal photos ng users. Depende sa active plan at supported image categories, may photos na local lang at may iba na stored o synchronized sa supported cloud features.
