- User content และ photos: ห้ามอัปโหลดเนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย ไม่มีสิทธิ์ ละเมิดสิทธิ์ abusive fraudulent spam หรือ harmful ห้ามโพสต์ copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images หรือ internet images ที่ไม่มีสิทธิ์
- Community content: community kit และ paint cards ไม่ใช่ข้อมูล official ความถูกต้องไม่รับประกัน community validation ไม่ใช่ official validation หรือ approval จาก My Gunpla Collection อาจมี moderation, reports, hiding, deletion หรือ anonymization
- Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals และ rewards เป็น digital progression elements ไม่มีมูลค่าเงิน แลก เปลี่ยน ขายต่อ แปลง หรือรับประกันไม่ได้ และอาจเปลี่ยนชื่อ แทนที่ หรือเอาออกได้ purchase/subscription ไม่รับประกัน card เฉพาะ
- External links และ sellers: app/site อาจลิงก์ไป Amazon หรือผู้ขายอื่น My Gunpla Collection ไม่ขายสินค้าเหล่านั้นโดยตรงและไม่รับประกัน live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery หรือ third-party terms
- Cloud และ availability: cloud features ขึ้นกับ active plan และอาจได้รับผลจาก maintenance, outage, device state, network, store validation หรือ country cloud ไม่รับประกัน 100% บาง cloud copies อาจถูกลบหลัง expiry และ recovery period
- Purchases และ subscriptions: Apple และ App Store ประมวลผลผ่าน StoreKit subscription ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติหากไม่ยกเลิกใน Apple account การลบบัญชีแอปไม่ยกเลิก Apple subscription ราคาอาจต่างตามประเทศ ภาษี currency และ Apple Storefront
- Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries และ store availability อาจเปลี่ยน Android, Web app, forum, marketplace หรือ future services ยังไม่ถือว่า available จนกว่าจะเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการ
- Suspension: access อาจถูกจำกัด ระงับ หรือยุติเมื่อมี abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content หรือทำร้าย community
- ภาพที่ผู้ใช้อัปโหลดต้องเป็นรูปของตนเองหรือภาพที่มีสิทธิ์ใช้ ผู้ใช้รับผิดชอบต่อภาพ ข้อความ รูป และข้อมูล kit หรือ paint ที่เพิ่ม
- ห้ามอัปโหลด เผยแพร่ซ้ำ หรือแชร์ third-party content ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึง official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, ภาพจากอินเทอร์เน็ต หรือเนื้อหาที่มี copyright โดยไม่มีสิทธิ์
- Community kit sheets และ paint sheets เป็น user contributions ไม่ใช่ official product data. Cards, grades, community sheets, validations และ user data ไม่ใช่ official content ของ Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam หรือ Gunpla. Community validation ไม่ใช่ official validation จากผู้ถือสิทธิ์เหล่านั้นหรือจาก My Gunpla Collection ในฐานะแหล่ง official.
- App หรือ service อาจลบ ซ่อน anonymize หรือจำกัด content ที่มีข้อพิพาท ถูก report ผิดกฎหมาย ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต abusive spam fraudulent หรืออาจละเมิดสิทธิ์ Account อาจถูกจำกัด suspend หรือลบในกรณี abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations หรือ circumvention
- ชื่อ brand, series, range, product และ model ใช้ได้เฉพาะเพื่อ descriptive identification, classification, search หรือ collection organization เท่านั้น ไม่มีการอ้าง affiliation, approval, authorization, certification หรือ official connection
