My Gunpla Collection د hobby ټولګو لپاره وسایل او ټولنیزې ځانګړنې وړاندې کوي. ناوړه ګټه، spam، درغلي، د قواعدو یا ساتنې تېریدل، ناقانونه منځپانګه او ټولنې ته زیان رسوونکی چلند منع دی.
The user is responsible for the account and added content. Some actions may require verified email.
- User content/photos: do not upload illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful or rights-infringing content. Do not publish copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images or internet images without rights.
- Community content: community kit and paint cards are not official data. Accuracy is not guaranteed; community validation is not official validation or My Gunpla Collection approval. Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion or anonymization may happen.
- Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals and rewards are digital progression elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted or guaranteed, and may be changed, renamed, replaced or removed. Purchase/subscription does not guarantee any specific card.
- External links and sellers: the app/site may link to Amazon or other sellers. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery or third-party terms.
- Cloud and availability depend on an active plan and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation or country. Cloud is not 100% guaranteed. Some cloud copies may be deleted after expiry/recovery period.
- Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and the App Store through StoreKit. A subscription renews unless canceled in the Apple account. App account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription. Prices may change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
- Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability may change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services are not available until public launch.
- Suspension: access may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content or community harm.
- Users upload images بايد خپل photos يا داسې images وي چې د use rights ولري. Users د added images, texts, photos او kit/paint information مسؤل دي.
- Unauthorized third-party content upload, republish يا share مه کوئ، including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images يا copyright-protected material without rights.
- Community kit sheets او paint sheets user contributions دي، official product data نه دي. Cards, grades, community sheets, validations او user data د Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam يا Gunpla official content نه دي. Community validation د rights holders يا My Gunpla Collection as official source official validation نه دی.
- App/service disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent يا rights-infringing content remove, hide, anonymize يا limit کولی شي. د abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations يا circumvention په صورت کې accounts limited, suspended يا removed کېدای شي.
- Brand, series, range, product او model names يوازې د descriptive identification, classification, search يا collection organization لپاره use کېدای شي. Affiliation, approval, authorization, certification يا official connection claim نه کېږي.
Mecha Exchange
د Mecha Exchange لپاره حقوقي چوکاټ، چې یوه ټولنیزه ځانګړنه ده او ښايي په راتلونکي کې وړاندې شي. دا خبرتیا د اوسني شتون اعلان نه کوي.
Mecha Exchange د My Gunpla Collection یوه ټولنیزه ځانګړنه ده چې کاروونکي پکې د پلور، تبادلې، لټون یا وړیا ورکولو اعلانونه خپرولی شي.
اعلانونه کاروونکي خپروي. My Gunpla Collection محصولات نه پلوري، پیسې یا سپارنه نه اداره کوي، تضمین نه وړاندې کوي او سوداګریزې شخړې نه حل کوي. معاملې په مستقیم ډول د کاروونکو ترمنځ هوکړه او ترسره کېږي.
شخصي پلورونکی له سوداګریز یا مسلکي فعالیت څخه بهر عمل کوي؛ مسلکي پلورونکی د داسې فعالیت په چوکاټ کې عمل کوي او باید اړوند حالت وټاکي. دا حالت یوازې د پلورونکي له خوا اعلان شوو معلوماتو پر بنسټ دی، د My Gunpla Collection له خوا پلټنه یا تایید نه دی او له FREE، PRO، PRO+ یا PRO+ MAX وړاندیزونو څخه خپلواک دی.
په ځانګړي ډول ناقانونه کاپۍ، جعلي توکي، هغه bootleg توکي چې رسمي ښودل کېږي، recast توکي، غلا شوي یا بې اجازې شریک شوي 3D فایلونه، غولوونکي یا خطرناک محصولات او د Mecha Exchange له چوکاټ څخه بهر محصولات منع دي.
کاروونکي اعلان یا بل کاروونکی راپورولی او نور کاروونکي بندولی شي. My Gunpla Collection کولی شي منځپانګه پټه یا حذف کړي، کاروونکی محدود یا بند کړي، Mecha Exchange ته لاسرسی وځنډوي او اعلانونه یا انځورونه لرې کړي.
ټولنیزې نمرې له مخکې ټاکل شوي tags کاروي او یوازې د کاروونکو تجربې یا نظرونه ښيي. دا تضمین، پلټنه یا رسمي تایید نه دی او د پلورونکي هویت یا باور وړتیا او د محصول کیفیت نه تضمینوي.
بیه د پلورونکي له خوا په ټاکل شوې اصلي کرنسۍ کې ثبتېږي. هر ښودل شوی بدلون یوازې اټکلي بدلون دی؛ د تبادلې نرخ، مالیات، فیسونه او وروستی منل شوی مبلغ توپیر کولی شي.
