My Gunpla Collection personal hobby use के लिए है: collection organize करना, builds record करना, purchases plan करना, paints manage करना और progression track करना।

Account और added content की responsibility user की है। कुछ actions के लिए verified email चाहिए हो सकता है।

• User content/photos: illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful या rights-infringing content upload न करें। Copyright images, official box photos, promotional images या rights बिना internet images publish न करें।
• Community content: community kit और paint cards official data नहीं हैं। Accuracy guaranteed नहीं; community validation official validation या My Gunpla Collection approval नहीं है। Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion या anonymization हो सकता है।
• Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals और rewards digital progression elements हैं। Monetary value नहीं, exchange/resale/conversion/guarantee नहीं, और change/rename/replace/remove हो सकते हैं। Purchase/subscription किसी specific card की guarantee नहीं देता।
• External links और sellers: app/site Amazon या अन्य sellers पर link कर सकता है। My Gunpla Collection products सीधे नहीं बेचता और live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery या third-party terms guarantee नहीं करता।
• Cloud और availability active plan पर depend करते हैं और maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation या country से प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। Cloud 100% guaranteed नहीं। कुछ cloud copies expiry/recovery period के बाद delete हो सकती हैं।
• Purchases/subscriptions Apple और App Store द्वारा StoreKit से process होते हैं। Subscription Apple account में cancel न करने पर renew होता है। App account deletion Apple subscription cancel नहीं करता। Prices country, taxes, currency और Apple Storefront से बदल सकते हैं।
• Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries और store availability बदल सकते हैं। Android, Web app, forum, marketplace या future services public launch तक available नहीं माने जाते।
• Suspension: abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content या community harm पर access limited, suspended या terminated हो सकता है।
• Users द्वारा upload images उनकी अपनी photos या ऐसे images होने चाहिए जिनके उपयोग का अधिकार उनके पास है। Users added images, texts, photos और kit/paint information के लिए responsible हैं।
• Unauthorized third-party content upload, republish या share न करें, जिसमें official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images या copyright-protected material बिना rights शामिल हैं।
• Community kit sheets और paint sheets user contributions हैं, official product data नहीं। Cards, grades, community sheets, validations और user data Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam या Gunpla official content नहीं हैं। Community validation उन rights holders या My Gunpla Collection as official source की official validation नहीं है।
• App/service disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent या rights-infringing content remove, hide, anonymize या limit कर सकता है। Abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations या circumvention पर accounts limited, suspended या removed हो सकते हैं।
• Brand, series, range, product और model names केवल descriptive identification, classification, search या collection organization के लिए use हो सकते हैं। Affiliation, approval, authorization, certification या official connection claim नहीं किया जाता।
