My Gunpla Collection ڪليڪشن سنڀالڻ جا اوزار ۽ ڪميونٽي خصوصيتون ڏئي ٿو۔ غلط استعمال، spam، دوکو، ضابطن کان بچڻ، غيرقانوني مواد ۽ ڪميونٽي کي نقصان ڏيندڙ رويو منع آهي۔
The user is responsible for the account and added content. Some actions may require verified email.
- User content/photos: do not upload illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful or rights-infringing content. Do not publish copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images or internet images without rights.
- Community content: community kit and paint cards are not official data. Accuracy is not guaranteed; community validation is not official validation or My Gunpla Collection approval. Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion or anonymization may happen.
- Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals and rewards are digital progression elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted or guaranteed, and may be changed, renamed, replaced or removed. Purchase/subscription does not guarantee any specific card.
- External links and sellers: the app/site may link to Amazon or other sellers. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery or third-party terms.
- Cloud and availability depend on an active plan and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation or country. Cloud is not 100% guaranteed. Some cloud copies may be deleted after expiry/recovery period.
- Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and the App Store through StoreKit. A subscription renews unless canceled in the Apple account. App account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription. Prices may change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
- Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability may change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services are not available until public launch.
- Suspension: access may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content or community harm.
- Users upload images پنهنجي photos يا use ڪرڻ جا rights رکندڙ images هئڻ گهرجن. Users added images, texts, photos ۽ kit/paint information لاءِ responsible آهن.
- Unauthorized third-party content upload, republish يا share نه ڪريو، including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images يا copyright-protected material without rights.
- Community kit sheets ۽ paint sheets user contributions آهن، official product data نه آهن. Cards, grades, community sheets, validations ۽ user data Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam يا Gunpla official content نه آهن. Community validation rights holders يا My Gunpla Collection as official source جي official validation نه آهي.
- App/service disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent يا rights-infringing content remove, hide, anonymize يا limit ڪري سگهي ٿو. Abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations يا circumvention تي accounts limited, suspended يا removed ٿي سگهن ٿا.
- Brand, series, range, product ۽ model names فقط descriptive identification, classification, search يا collection organization لاءِ use ٿي سگهن ٿا. Affiliation, approval, authorization, certification يا official connection claim نه ڪيو ويو.
Mecha Exchange جا شرط
اهي شرط مستقبل ۾ مهيا ٿي سگهندڙ ڪميونٽي خصوصيت Mecha Exchange جي اڳواٽ وضاحت ڪن ٿا؛ هي ان جي عوامي طور شروع يا دستياب ٿيڻ جو اعلان ناهي۔
Mecha Exchange، My Gunpla Collection جي ڪميونٽي جاءِ آهي جتي صارف وڪري، مٽاسٽا، ڳولا يا تحفي لاءِ listings شايع ڪري سگهن ٿا۔
My Gunpla Collection listings ۾ ڏيکاريل شيون نٿو وڪڻي ۽ payment، delivery، warranty يا واپاري تڪرار نٿو سنڀالي۔ ڏيتي ليتي ۽ ان جي پوري ٿيڻ جو عمل سڌو صارفن جي وچ ۾ ٿئي ٿو۔
صارف ذاتي وڪڻندڙ يا پيشه ور وڪڻندڙ طور حصو وٺي سگهي ٿو۔ پيشه ور معلومات وڪڻندڙ جي پاڻ بيان ڪيل معلومات آهي، My Gunpla Collection جي verification يا certification ناهي۔ وڪڻندڙ جو قسم FREE، PRO، PRO+ يا PRO+ MAX plan تي دارومدار نٿو رکي۔
غيرقانوني ڪاپيون، نقلي سامان، اصل طور وڪامندڙ bootlegs، recasts، pirated 3D files، گمراهه ڪندڙ يا خطرناڪ شيون ۽ Mecha Exchange جي دائري کان ٻاهر شيون منع آهن۔
My Gunpla Collection reports وٺي، مواد لڪائي يا ختم ڪري، صارف block ڪري، Mecha Exchange access معطل ڪري ۽ listing يا image هٽائي سگهي ٿو۔
ڪميونٽي rating ۾ اڳواٽ مقرر tags استعمال ٿي سگهن ٿا۔ rating ۽ tags ڪا guarantee ناهن ۽ My Gunpla Collection جي سرڪاري تصديق، verification يا validation ظاهر نٿا ڪن۔
قيمت وڪڻندڙ جي چونڊيل اصل currency ۾ درج ٿئي ٿي۔ ٻي currency ۾ ڏيکاريل رقم صرف indicative conversion آهي ۽ ڏيتي ليتي جي قيمت يا exchange rate جي guarantee ناهي۔
