Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the app settings, or by contacting support@mygunplacollection.app with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Deletion may include deletion or anonymization of the account, associated personal data, private collection data where applicable, and personal cloud photos where applicable.
- Some data may be retained temporarily when required for legal obligations, security, anti-abuse protection, technical logs, backups, or support follow-up.
- The standard processing target is up to 30 days. Technical backups may persist temporarily after the visible account data is removed.
- Community contributions may be deleted, hidden, or anonymized depending on their nature. Personal copies or derived content already saved by other users may remain independent from your account.
- Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed from your Apple account.
Mecha Exchange data and account deletion
These clauses prepare the legal framework for the future Mecha Exchange community feature. They do not announce its public availability.
An account deletion request also covers Mecha Exchange listings, listing images, favorites, saved listings, the public profile, and professional information declared by the account holder. Depending on the data and context, these elements may be deleted, made non-public, or anonymized.
Messages or conversation records may remain available to other participants or be retained where necessary for security, moderation, anti-abuse measures, support, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, they may be unlinked from the deleted account or anonymized.
Reports, moderation records, and security logs may be retained for as long as they remain necessary for those purposes. Ratings, predefined tags, or statistics may remain in aggregated or anonymized form.
