Terms of Use

My Gunpla Collection is for personal hobby use: organizing a collection, recording builds, planning purchases, managing paints and tracking progression.

The user is responsible for the account and added content. Some actions may require verified email.

• User content/photos: do not upload illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful or rights-infringing content. Do not publish copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images or internet images without rights.
• Community content: community kit and paint cards are not official data. Accuracy is not guaranteed; community validation is not official validation or My Gunpla Collection approval. Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion or anonymization may happen.
• Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals and rewards are digital progression elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted or guaranteed, and may be changed, renamed, replaced or removed. Purchase/subscription does not guarantee any specific card.
• External links and sellers: the app/site may link to Amazon or other sellers. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery or third-party terms.
• Cloud and availability depend on an active plan and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation or country. Cloud is not 100% guaranteed. Some cloud copies may be deleted after expiry/recovery period.
• Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and the App Store through StoreKit. A subscription renews unless canceled in the Apple account. App account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription. Prices may change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
• Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability may change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services are not available until public launch.
• Suspension: access may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content or community harm.
• Users upload ಮಾಡುವ images ತಮ್ಮದೇ photos ಅಥವಾ use ಮಾಡಲು rights ಇರುವ images ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು. Added images, texts, photos ಮತ್ತು kit/paint information ಗೆ users responsible.
• Unauthorized third-party content upload, republish ಅಥವಾ share ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ, including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images ಅಥವಾ copyright-protected material without rights.
• Community kit sheets ಮತ್ತು paint sheets user contributions; official product data ಅಲ್ಲ. Cards, grades, community sheets, validations ಮತ್ತು user data Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam ಅಥವಾ Gunpla official content ಅಲ್ಲ. Community validation rights holders ಅಥವಾ My Gunpla Collection as official source ನ official validation ಅಲ್ಲ.
• App/service disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent ಅಥವಾ rights-infringing content remove, hide, anonymize ಅಥವಾ limit ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. Abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations ಅಥವಾ circumvention ಇದ್ದರೆ accounts limited, suspended ಅಥವಾ removed ಆಗಬಹುದು.
• Brand, series, range, product ಮತ್ತು model names descriptive identification, classification, search ಅಥವಾ collection organization ಗಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ use ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. Affiliation, approval, authorization, certification ಅಥವಾ official connection claim ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
