My Gunpla Collection collection management के tools आ community features देला। दुरुपयोग, spam, धोखाधड़ी, नियम से बचे के कोशिश, गैरकानूनी content आ community के नुकसान पहुँचावे वाला व्यवहार मना बा।
The user is responsible for the account and added content. Some actions may require verified email.
- User content/photos: do not upload illegal, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, spam, harmful or rights-infringing content. Do not publish copyrighted images, official box photos, promotional images or internet images without rights.
- Community content: community kit and paint cards are not official data. Accuracy is not guaranteed; community validation is not official validation or My Gunpla Collection approval. Moderation, reports, hiding, deletion or anonymization may happen.
- Digital cards, badges, ranks, medals and rewards are digital progression elements. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, resold, converted or guaranteed, and may be changed, renamed, replaced or removed. Purchase/subscription does not guarantee any specific card.
- External links and sellers: the app/site may link to Amazon or other sellers. My Gunpla Collection does not sell those products directly and does not guarantee live prices, stock, availability, seller content, delivery or third-party terms.
- Cloud and availability depend on an active plan and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device state, network, store validation or country. Cloud is not 100% guaranteed. Some cloud copies may be deleted after expiry/recovery period.
- Purchases/subscriptions are processed by Apple and the App Store through StoreKit. A subscription renews unless canceled in the Apple account. App account deletion does not cancel Apple subscription. Prices may change by country, taxes, currency and Apple Storefront.
- Product changes: features, prices, offers, limits, services, countries and store availability may change. Android, Web app, forum, marketplace or future services are not available until public launch.
- Suspension: access may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, circumvention, illegal content or community harm.
- Users upload images अपना photos या use करे के rights वाला images होखे चाहीं। Users added images, texts, photos आ kit/paint information खातिर responsible बा।
- Unauthorized third-party content upload, republish या share मत करीं, including official product images, box art, promotional renders, manuals, scans, internet images या copyright-protected material without rights.
- Community kit sheets आ paint sheets user contributions बा, official product data ना। Cards, grades, community sheets, validations आ user data Bandai, Bandai Spirits, Sunrise, Gundam या Gunpla official content ना। Community validation rights holders या My Gunpla Collection as official source के official validation ना।
- App/service disputed, reported, illegal, unauthorized, abusive, spam, fraudulent या rights-infringing content remove, hide, anonymize या limit कर सकेला। Abuse, fraud, spam, rights violations या circumvention पर accounts limited, suspended या removed हो सकेला।
- Brand, series, range, product आ model names खाली descriptive identification, classification, search या collection organization खातिर use हो सकेला। Affiliation, approval, authorization, certification या official connection claim नइखे।
Mecha Exchange के शर्त
ई शर्त सभ भविष्य में उपलब्ध करावल जा सके वाला community feature Mecha Exchange के पहिले से समझावेला; ई ओकर सार्वजनिक launch भइल भा उपलब्ध होखे के घोषणा नइखे।
Mecha Exchange, My Gunpla Collection के community space बा जहाँ user बिक्री, अदला-बदली, खोज भा दान खातिर listings प्रकाशित कर सकेलें।
My Gunpla Collection listings में देखावल product ना बेचे ला आ payment, delivery, warranty भा commercial dispute ना संभाले ला। Transaction आ ओकर पूरा होखल सीधा users के बीच होला।
User निजी बिक्रेता भा पेशेवर बिक्रेता के रूप में भाग ले सकेला। Professional information बिक्रेता के अपना से घोषित जानकारी बा, My Gunpla Collection के verification भा certification ना। बिक्रेता के प्रकार FREE, PRO, PRO+ भा PRO+ MAX plan पर निर्भर नइखे।
गैरकानूनी copy, नकली सामान, असली बताके बेचाइल bootleg, recast, pirated 3D file, धोखा देवे वाला भा खतरनाक product आ Mecha Exchange के दायरा से बाहर के product मना बा।
My Gunpla Collection report ले सकेला, content छिपा भा हटा सकेला, user के block कर सकेला, Mecha Exchange access suspend कर सकेला आ listing भा image हटा सकेला।
Community rating में पहिले से तय tags इस्तेमाल हो सकेला। rating आ tags कवनो guarantee नइखे आ My Gunpla Collection के official confirmation, verification भा validation ना बतावेला।
कीमत बिक्रेता के चुनल मूल currency में दर्ज होला। दोसरा currency में देखावल रकम खाली indicative conversion बा आ transaction price भा exchange rate के guarantee नइखे।
